The Corporate Support Specialist (“CSS”) works closely with senior management and others on a variety of projects and tasks, gaining valuable insight and understanding about Atria and its business.  Experience acquired could lead to other opportunities in various areas within the Company. The CSS provides primary support to the EVP, Redevelopment and Construction and SVP, New Product Development and assists in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).  Additionally, the CSS assists certain others on an as needed basis. The CSS works on special projects and provides support to those projects on ad hoc basis. 


  • Provide support to the EVP, Redevelopment and Construction, SVP, New Product Development, CEO, President/CAO, and certain other senior leaders on an as needed basis.
  • Maintain calendars, receive and direct visitors, arrange conferences, and prepare expense reports.
  • Coordinate and manage travel using an online booking tool (“OBT”).  
  • Maintain various department intranet home pages.
  • Work independently, as well as partner closely with staff throughout the organization, to perform complex and diversified duties.
  • Handle certain resident and other complaint calls.
  • Create presentations for senior management and certain others on an as needed basis.
  • Produce information in various applications (e.g. Microsoft products), including but not limited to: financial analysis, written memos, etc.  
  • Address calls directed to EVP, Redevelopment and Construction, SVP, New Development, CEO, President/CAO, and certain others.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • May perform other duties as needed/and or assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of certain information.
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, detail-orientation, ownership, organization, planning, follow-up, process, critical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills.      
  • Demonstrate desire to learn new skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with presentation software experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
