The Interior Design Project Coordinator coordinates the execution of interior and exterior design criteria at all phases of Redevelopment and Capital Improvement projects in the region.


  • Support the Interior Design Project Manager as needed in managing Redevelopment project schedules and making design selections and reselections (FF&E, accessories, artwork and materials).      
  • Track project deliverables and coordinate deliveries between the Redevelopment team, warehouse and vendors.  
  • Travel to attend and supervise installations as needed.
  • Scope and select interior details for Capital projects; provide space planning.
  • Produce design documents for Capital projects including FF&E specifications and layouts, finish and material plans, lighting, artwork, accessories and window treatments.
  • Obtain quotes, verify budget compliance and submit purchase order requisitions.
  • Maintain and monitor Capital project schedules and budget adherence.
  • Assist with other regional Redevelopment and Capital projects as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the design library.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
  • Interior design experience required; contract preferred, hospitality a plus.
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and an aptitude for teamwork.
  • Ability to review and interpret building drawings.
  • Will be required to travel up to 20% of time on behalf of the Company.
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
