Full-Time - Payroll Support Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Oversee garnishment processes including but not limited to:  fax orders to 3rd party vendor, verify receipt of orders, monitor 3rd party software; research and address issues, confirm loads into PeopleSoft
  • Complete Employment Verifications and Subpoenas.
  • Audit data entry of direct deposits
  • Assist with password resets for Electronic Pay Service
  • Create monthly Gift Card spreadsheets for payroll processing
  • Perform assigned analysis and review of payroll data.
  • Data entry of periodic tax reports and monthly reconciliation.
  • Copy pay statement images to secured folders on network.
  • Perform duties in the absence of specified Payroll Coordinator:
    • Import approved hours from Kronos timekeeping system into Payroll system and reconcile.
    • Perform all tasks associated with payroll processing and transmission on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
    • Prepare and import files for payroll processing, i.e. Retro, Bonus, Leave of Absence Adjustments, Sick payout, etc…
    • Distribution of Payroll reports
    • Wire Funding preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree; one +years of payroll related, work experience
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with storing files on network drives
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.

You’ll receive all needed forms, instructions and our contact information if you have any follow-up questions. This process may include a background check and/or a drug screen. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of all positions – proof of vaccination is required before you can start.
