Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop recruitment strategies to identify and select quality candidates as assigned.
  • Continuously utilize Atria’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to manage open requisitions and the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Utilize both internal and external recruiting tools provided as resources, intended for the screening and selection of qualified candidates.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in both internal and external hiring processes, acting as an advisor to hiring managers and candidates through each aspect of the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Communicate with and inform candidates of all details pertinent to positions of interest, including, but not limited to, job expectations, compensation, work schedules and conditions, employee benefits and programs, and Atria culture.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation regarding all candidates, requisitions, hiring manager interaction and other recruiting activities, to be stored in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of secondary recruiting strategies executed at the community.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Two (2) or more years of HR or sales experience; experience working in a recruiting department preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices in use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; behavioral-based interviewing; on-boarding and retention techniques.
  • Demonstrated understanding of benefits/compensation administration to be able to effectively communicate information to applicants.
  • Ability to utilize web-based job boards.
  • Ability to negotiate compensation in the best interest of both the candidate and the company.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and any relatable Applicant Tracking System(s).
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.

Offer Letter
If you are chosen for the position, an offer will be made by phone and email. The email will include a letter which you’ll sign electronically, return to us and can download for your records.

Post-Offer Hiring Process
You’ll receive all needed forms, instructions and our contact information if you have any follow-up questions. This process may include a background check and/or a drug screen. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of all positions – proof of vaccination is required before you can start. We will evaluate potential accommodations for anyone seeking an exemption due to a medical condition or religious belief.
