Responsibilities

What you will do as an Executive Chef

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for the kitchen and dining venue.
  • Interview, hire, train, develop, and manage staff.
  • Meet regularly with residents to confirm that we are providing high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain the following:
    • Monthly and annual budgets
    • Employee and customer satisfaction and engagement scores at or above Atria’s standard.
    • The highest levels of cleanliness, quality, and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Culinary Arts Degree and/or Chef Certification strongly preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Effective verbal and written English skills
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and working in a team setting
  • Food handlers permit. HACCP certification may be required
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
