Responsibilities

The Manager of Service Delivery leads a team responsible for overall benefits and HR process efficiency, addressing questions from our communities and driving process and technology improvements. A key focus of this team is improving the employee experience through quick and accurate question resolution.  Additionally, the leader of this team will work across HR to further understand efficiency opportunities and guide technology and process changes that are Atria community centered.

 

  • Lead a team responsible for quick and accurate HR question resolution for our entire employee population. Partner with HR and Technology teams to determine and implement solutions and/or automated processes to enable self-serve opportunities wherever possible. Design and employ solutions that centralize HR documents and procedures enabling faster and highly accurate question resolution.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating assigned staff.
  • Take a user-centric approach to processes, technology, and procedures to improve the Atria employee experience. Serve as an internal HR consultant to aid as needed in the design and implementation of new technology and processes that focus on employees and community partners. 
  • Collaborate across HR to understand efficiency opportunities. Partner to identify and analyze where improved data, process, or technology will increase productivity. Research and present findings to HR leaders and assist in project scoping, management, design, testing, and implementation as needed.
  • Leverage data whenever possible to understand productivity opportunities. Prioritize work based on return on investment (ROI) focused on time savings for our HR and community teams.
  • Manage relationships with third party administrators and consultants.  Ensure that the various benefit plans and programs are administered in compliance with plan provisions and that participants receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage the benefits enrollment process including development of implementation plans, system updates, generation of employee communications, accurate set up of deductions, and post enrollment reporting for open enrollment as well as new hire, life event and other enrollment opportunities throughout the plan year.
  • Develop effective benefits communications to improve employee understanding and increase participation in Atria’s benefit programs utilizing multiple media for distribution. Work collaboratively with vendors, the Employee Communications department, and the Marketing department in the production and delivery of all related messages and materials.
  • Support acquisition due diligence and onboarding of new communities.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise benefit data records and reports within internal and external systems.
  • Stay apprised of federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of experience in the benefits field or a combination of education and experience with at least three (3) years in a management role.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft HCM or equivalent HRIS software.
  • Experience working with outsourced benefit administration, case management, human capital management systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefit laws.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and oral, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Strong prioritization, detail orientation, decision making, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem solving skills.
  • SHRM, PHR, SPHR preferred.
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
