Responsibilities

The Recruiting Intern provides administrative support to the Recruiting department, assisting with general applicant tracking system tasks, while maintaining a customer service mentality to support the field. This individual successfully handles multiple assignments, effectively communicates and demonstrates strong detail-orientation.

  • Assist the Recruiting Process team in all administrative functions as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Basic Applicant Tracking System Help Desk support.
    • Responding to Candidate Help email inbox.
    • Maintaining Recruiting reports, such as candidate source data and duplicate profile/duplicate position clean-up.
    • Assist communities in application review and dashboard maintenance.
    • Third party vendor invoice allocations.
    • Auditing the recruiting workflow timeline from application to hire.
    • Applicant Tracking System training and presentations.
    • Testing and integration of new vendors.
  • Assist the Frontline Recruiting team in assigned tasks, including, but not limited to:
    • Career fair event planning and execution.
    • Candidate sourcing for communities with staffing needs.
    • Applicant Tracking System maintenance for communities needing additional help.
  • Assist with acquisitions (as needed) including, but not limited to:
    • On-site clinic location research.
    • Tracking employee transition results.
    • Daily progress reports.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Some college experience required. Will consider specific work experience.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. 
  • Strong customer service, detail orientation, multi-tasking, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.

If you are chosen for the position, an offer will be made by phone and email. The email will include a letter which you’ll sign electronically, return to us and can download for your records.

Post-Offer Hiring Process
You’ll receive all needed forms, instructions and our contact information if you have any follow-up questions. This process may include a background check and/or a drug screen. COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of all positions – proof of vaccination is required before you can start. We will evaluate potential accommodations for anyone seeking an exemption due to a medical condition or religious belief.
