The Web Content Administrator is an essential part of the Digital Product Management team and is responsible for managing and updating digital content across the Company’s various digital assets, including Company branded websites, the Careers website, and relevant mobile applications.  To be successful in this role, the Web Content Administrator will have strong writing and editing skills, experience with content management system (CMS), and knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Independently manage all content creation, revision, and retention across multiple platforms and brands.
  • Proactively maintain the Content Management board in ClickUp by reading through existing cards, clarifying requirements, adding missing information and ensuring that the cards are being actively worked and moved through the board.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on current and new development, ensuring that deadlines are met, and information on the site(s) is updated in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that website content is optimized for search engines and follows best practices for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Regularly check the website for broken links, outdated content, and other issues that could affect the user experience.
  • Work with referral partners such as A Place For Mom and Caring.com to ensure that community profiles are timely updated with new content.
  • Utilize different tools, including Yext, to update community business information across multiple platforms, including GMB.
  • Collaborate with other teams (Creative, Strategy, and Development) to ensure that website content aligns with overall business goals.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years or more years of content management experience or experience as a copy proofer and/or editor.
  • Experience with content management systems; experience with WordPress highly preferred.
  • Strong written, presentation, analytical, research, organizational, and verbal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented work style.
