Each year, TALA recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in serving older adults, and Brandon is one of those remarkable honorees. He brings joy, laughter and genuine connection to every ride. His warmth, kindness and sense of humor have made him not only a valued team member but also a trusted friend to the residents he serves.

More Than Transportation

For the residents at Atria Willow Park, a journey with Brandon is more than a trip from point A to point B. It’s an opportunity for genuine connection. As one resident shares, “Brandon is patient with us and is wonderful. He truly enjoys being with us, and we love him.”

Whether he’s carefully helping residents board the bus, ensuring timely arrivals or offering a kind word, Brandon consistently goes above and beyond for those he serves.

 

Empowering Independence

Brandon has served Atria Willow Park since 2021. He ensures residents make appointments and community engagements to maintain their independence. One grateful family member says, “Because of Brandon, my mother feels a sense of independence – whether she’s running errands or attending church each Sunday to continue practicing her faith. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference in her daily life.”
