Full-time Atria employees are eligible to receive 100% tuition reimbursement, up to a maximum of $5,250 each calendar year, for up to 12 credit hours per semester at an accredited college or university.

One such employee is Samantha, an Administrative Assistant at Coterie Hudson Yards, an Atria brand.

Encouraged by her colleagues, Samantha continued her academic development with an eye on her future goals.

“I got to use my skill set in my present role while pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management to open new possibilities,” she says. “I feel like the universe spoke to me.”
